Custom-embroidered convention shirts and two sizes of canvas tote
bags can
be pre-ordered. You can pick them up at the Company Store or have them
mailed to you. The shirts and bags
will have the convention logo and slogan that you see at the top of
this page embroidered on them.
The base cost for shirts with or without a pocket on the left side
is $25 and come in M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL sized. Extra cost items are
$3 for your name, $1 extra for 2XL size, and $2 extra for 3XL size. The
shirts are available in 3 colors: medium blue, light gray, and beige;
the colors have been picked to go with the colors in the convention
logo.
Above is a photo of the beige shirt size 2XL without a pocket or
name; this shirt is available for purchase. Apologies for the image
distortion caused by the camera picking up the pattern of the fabric
weave.

The cost for the
small (14"L x 6 1/2" W x 15" H) tote bag is $12, and the cost for the
large (16 1/2" L x 5 1/2" W x 14" H) tote bag is $17; the large bag
also has a magnetic closer on the top and a 14 1/2" L x 8" H zippered
pocket on one side.

The boxes in the bags are AtlasO X-29 box cars; there is more room
in each of the bags but not enough for another box the same size as
those already in the bag.
Add $10 for priority mail if you want your shirt and/or bag mailed
to
you.
Because of the difficulty in predicting demand by size, the shirts are sold only by pre-order.
Because we think the tote bags are a good idea but don’t know what
the demand will be, we don't want to put a quantity in stock, so the tote
bags must be pre-ordered.

Important Note: the order form you download can be filled out while you view it on your computer's screen. To enter information into the form, click on the Highlight Fields box in the upper right hand corner. If the fields are not highlighted in blue, click again on the Highlight Fields box. Key your information into the highlighted fields that pertain to you. You may receive an advisory message that the document cannot be saved which is true; just continue entering your information. Then print and mail the completed form; you may wish to print a second copy for your records.
If you are paying by PayPal, after logging to PayPal, click on the
Send Money tab, and when you fill out the dollar amount, be sure to
enter the decimal point. On the next page (Send Money), be sure to tell
us in the Message box what the payment is for.
To be sure your order is ready for pick up at the convention, please
mail it to us by June 15.
